nature and sunset love

Enabling dysfunctional behavior is not love

Love has standards

Love has boundaries

Love has dignity and integrity

Love is not being a doormat

Love is Power

Not power over others

It is power of Creation

When he became humble and courageous enough

To show his human vulnerability in front of her

When he felt safe enough within himself and in her presence

When he surrendered to her vastness and openness

To her depth of power

A power that is gentle and soft

Malleable and flexible

Like the Ocean

Then, he allowed himself to be part of that ocean

To be forever transformed

Knowing that he will never be the same

From there on…

He never loved me

He never really loved me

He loved the idea of me

He loved the way that I was there for him

He loved having someone so unconditional by his side

Someone who accepted him just as he was

It was something rare to him

But he did not love me for me.

One thing is to love someone for who they are . You just do.

Another very different one is what many people get confused with

And it is loving the idea of someone

It is loving how they love you

And that does not mean you love them for them, as who they are, for who they are, as a whole individual.

It feels good and liberating to know and understand the difference. First of all for you.

For you to recognize if you love someone for who they are.

Or you love them only for what they can give (to) you ...

- the difference-
