I am happy today because I have gone through darkness
because I know sadness
because I know what pain feels like
I am happy today because I decided to make myself happy
Being happy is a decision.
It is a choice that you make each step of your walk.
You have a choice every step of the way
You have the choice to react in the same way as in the past or you can choose to learn a new and healthier way for you.
Happiness is a journey.
It is the dance that you have with each challenge
With each inner-demon or fear that you face.
Because each decision that you make about what to do in those moments is either taking you closer or further from your peace.
And Peace is Happiness.
When you are at peace with yourself and the present moment.
That is bliss.
It is Heaven on Earth.

It took 2 years to bring this creation into physical form, Drops of Wisdom.
Prior to that, it took many months to put the collection of poems together and creating a manuscript that was ready to submit..
Lots of work, writing and reading, and reading again, editing the submission.
Writing the intro., the summary of the book, the why is a good book to publish and what makes it different from others...
These are some of the things you have to write and prepare BESIDES the already written poems.
A lot of people don't know the amount of work , consistency, patience and focus that these creative births require. Much more time than 9 months .
And that's why these creative births deserve all of our love, attention, care and appreciation .
For you, the creative human who is following a passion, always remember to value your work and yourself.
